The 106 series connectors are made of metal and an acetal resin and have a patented retention system.

The Air Clip modular system is the new alternative for quick, easy and versatile production of systems for fittings and multiple connections.

With a basic body connection in 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" sizes, in combination with clip-on modules, the most diverse models of fittings and manifolds can be produced, even in different sizes, with 4, 6, 8 and 10mm hose connections.

With a screwdriver, the individual modules can be unclipped and replaced by others. The quality of the material allows repeated solution and has a high mechanical resistance to impacts and moisture, as well as to gasoline and chemical solvents (please refer to the exact specifications of the medium used).

  • Material thread: metal nickel plated, teflonized
  • Seal: NBR oil resistant (other materials, e.g. Viton, silicone etc. on request)
  • Operating pressure: 12 bar (also for vacuum)
  • Operating temperature: -10° to +80°C
  • Hose tolerances: +/- 0.1mm
