Brass compression fitting

The brass compression fitting is a re-detachable connection. The hose/tube is clamped into the fitting by means of a union nut and a clamping ring. The sealing is thus purely metallic.

The fitting is used in pneumatics as well as in hydraulics. All versions comply with one or the other standard: AFNOR, BNA (automotive industry), CETOP, CNOMO, ISO.
